BUYING OVERVIEW
I. Trades:
A. We accept trades of all kinds! Please refer to the VALUE YOUR TRADE IN tab on our webpage.
II. Payment and financing options:
A. We accept cashier's check, bank check, cash and credit/debit card payment.
B. Our dealership has financing options and we will work with you to secure a good rate! Please refer to our Financing Page .
C. We are also willing to work and accept financing options from your private bank or credit union.
III. Warranty:
A. The cost of repairs can add up quickly and no one wants to have spendy repair bills on their hands. We offer a variety of extended service plans available, please see our Warranty Page. Warranty plans can be used at any repair facility of your choice in the United States.
IV. Shipping:
A. Concerned about expensive shipping rates? Our goal is to give our customers the best possible rate with no shipping fees! Average shipping time is 6 days. Click to see Shipping Map
V. Airfare and hotel accommodation:
A. We can cover your one way airline ticket and a one-night stay in a hotel nearby. In this case we look forward to working with all of our out of state customers. We are located 35 minutes from from the Spokane international airport. If you choose to fly in, we will pick you up for absolutely no charge.
VI. Title status, fees and temporary plates:
A. Document fee: $449 document fee.
B. NW Group will provide a 30 day temporary plate to all clients.
VII. Military appreciation discount:
A. We appreciate everyone who has served or are currently serving in the military and give a special discount to military members.
